Preset Phrases
Find phrases three ways: search across the whole library, filter by tags, or browse by category. Combine them to narrow further, then add what you select to your playlist.
Three ways to find phrases β€” use any one, or combine them:

πŸ”Ž Search β€” type 3+ characters to match phrase text across the whole library.
🏷️ Tags β€” type a tag and press Enter to add it as a chip, or click Select Tags to pick from the full list. Multiple tags combine as a union (a phrase matches if it has any of them).
Category browse β€” use the breadcrumb (Select Category β€Ί Refine by Family β€Ί Refine by Focus) to drill down by group. You can pick several focuses at once to see them combined.

Search and tags work together (text AND tags); the breadcrumb narrows the browse view. Select the phrases you want, then Add Selected to Phrases Playlist.
Custom Phrases β€” upload your own TSV library
Phrase Playlist
Playlist for Preset, AI Generated, or your Custom Phrases.
Phrase Playlist: Create your personal collection of phrases for focused sessions. Enter one phrase per line. Each letter is converted to a frequency between 100–2000 Hz based on its ASCII code.

Character Handling: Accented letters are normalized first. Numbers, punctuation, emoji, and special characters are skipped entirely.

Sequential Order: Selected default phrases play FIRST, Phrase Playlist plays SECOND, Rife frequencies play THIRD.

Copy AI Prompt: Copies a prepared prompt to your clipboard. Paste it into and the AI will help you generate well-structured phrases through a short Q&A. Then paste the generated phrases back into the playlist.

Templates: Opens a library of phrase patterns and ready-to-use examples. Click "+ Add" on any phrase to drop it into your playlist for editing. Useful when you want a starting scaffold without going through the AI.

Foundation Phrases
Runs automatically ahead of your playlist, before your chosen phrases play.
Pre-selected foundational phrases organized by category. These play first at the start of a session.

Note: "Select All" includes every section except Binders (which are activation phrases, used selectively). To include binders, use the Binders section's own Select All.
Rife Frequencies
Select from frequency presets, or enter specific frequencies (Hz).
What this is: Select from the frequency preset dropdowns, or enter specific frequencies (in Hz) directly if you already work with them. Common examples include 528, 432, and 7.83.

Format: One or more comma-separated frequencies. Both whole numbers and decimals are accepted (range 0.01 to 20000 Hz).

Note: Entries containing letters, units (e.g. '432Hz'), multiple dots, or other non-numeric characters are silently dropped.

Audibility: Standard speakers and headphones typically reproduce roughly 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Very low frequencies (Schumann 7.83 Hz, brainwave Delta/Theta below 20 Hz) may be inaudible or perceived as pulses rather than tones. Very high frequencies may also be filtered by your audio hardware. The page plays whatever you enter β€” your equipment determines what you hear.

Preset sets: Use the dropdowns below to append common balancing frequency sets (Solfeggio, Schumann, brainwave entrainment, Fibonacci, golden ratio, Tesla 3-6-9). Selecting a set appends to whatever's already in the input β€” pick multiple to combine.

Waveforms
The shape of the sound. Each gives a different texture. If unsure, select all.

πŸ“ˆ Sawtooth β€” Bright and intense; contains all harmonic frequencies.

πŸ“ Triangle β€” Softer than square, but with more texture than sine.

⚑ Pulse 25% β€” Short clicks with silence between them.

⚑ Pulse 75% β€” Sustained tone with brief gaps.

πŸ“» AM β€” Tone that pulses in and out rhythmically.

πŸ”— Composite β€” A blend of multiple harmonic tones layered together.

πŸ’₯ Burst β€” Short tone bursts separated by silence.

What is the Harmonic Phrase Player?

A browser-based tool that turns words and numbers into sound, for personal harmonic sessions.

How it works: You build a session by picking phrases or frequencies from the four sections on the left. The player converts each letter of a phrase into a tone between 100 Hz and 2000 Hz (based on its ASCII code), or plays your frequencies directly. The sound is what you listen to.

Why phrasing matters: The wording you choose changes the generated sound patterns and the subjective feel of the session. Calm, specific, grounded language tends to produce gentler tone sequences than aggressive or vague phrasing. The Preset Phrases library and Foundation Phrases use phrasing patterns refined toward that gentleness.

Four ways to build a session: Browse Preset Phrases (a library organized by category), use the Foundation Phrases (recommended phrases pre-grouped for new sessions), type your own in the Phrase Playlist, or enter Rife Frequencies in Hz directly.

Customize the sound: pick one or more waveforms and the player will cycle through them automatically. Use the Master Volume slider at the top for loudness, and the session timer and cycle limit on the right to bound how long a session runs.

Listening options: the player uses your device's standard audio output, so you can listen however suits you. Play directly from your phone or computer at a low volume for an ambient, in-the-background session β€” or route the audio through any audio-capable equipment you already use.

Your data stays with you. This player runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you do here is uploaded, sent to any server, or shared β€” your phrases, saved configurations, session history, and notes are stored only on this device, in this browser. Clearing your browser data (or using private/incognito mode) wipes everything.
