Pick one or more of the 4 sections below (Preset Phrases, Playlist, Foundation Phrases, Rife Frequencies)
π Search β type 3+ characters to match phrase text across the whole library.
π·οΈ Tags β type a tag and press Enter to add it as a chip, or click Select Tags to pick from the full list. Multiple tags combine as a union (a phrase matches if it has any of them).
Category browse β use the breadcrumb (Select Category βΊ Refine by Family βΊ Refine by Focus) to drill down by group. You can pick several focuses at once to see them combined.
Search and tags work together (text AND tags); the breadcrumb narrows the browse view. Select the phrases you want, then Add Selected to Phrases Playlist.
Character Handling: Accented letters are normalized first. Numbers, punctuation, emoji, and special characters are skipped entirely.
Sequential Order: Selected default phrases play FIRST, Phrase Playlist plays SECOND, Rife frequencies play THIRD.
Copy AI Prompt: Copies a prepared prompt to your clipboard. Paste it into and the AI will help you generate well-structured phrases through a short Q&A. Then paste the generated phrases back into the playlist.
Templates: Opens a library of phrase patterns and ready-to-use examples. Click "+ Add" on any phrase to drop it into your playlist for editing. Useful when you want a starting scaffold without going through the AI.
Note: "Select All" includes every section except Binders (which are activation phrases, used selectively). To include binders, use the Binders section's own Select All.
Format: One or more comma-separated frequencies. Both whole numbers and decimals are accepted (range 0.01 to 20000 Hz).
Note: Entries containing letters, units (e.g. '432Hz'), multiple dots, or other non-numeric characters are silently dropped.
Audibility: Standard speakers and headphones typically reproduce roughly 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Very low frequencies (Schumann 7.83 Hz, brainwave Delta/Theta below 20 Hz) may be inaudible or perceived as pulses rather than tones. Very high frequencies may also be filtered by your audio hardware. The page plays whatever you enter β your equipment determines what you hear.
Preset sets: Use the dropdowns below to append common balancing frequency sets (Solfeggio, Schumann, brainwave entrainment, Fibonacci, golden ratio, Tesla 3-6-9). Selecting a set appends to whatever's already in the input β pick multiple to combine.
