How the site fits together

From Essentials to the Preset Library to the Generator

Think of a kitchen. Some days you want a meal you know by heart. Some days you open a cookbook. And some days you describe what you're in the mood for and let someone who knows the pantry put it together. The site works the same way, in four parts.

Rife presets: the classics

Frequency sets with a long history — Solfeggio tones, the Earth's 7.83, planetary and harmonic series, sets for sleep and for waking. A Rife preset here is a list of frequency numbers as it has been published, played as sound; it is not Rife's equipment or any device, not a treatment programme and not a replacement for standard care (the note on the numbers). They need nothing from you but a press of Play, and many people keep one favourite running under everything else.

Essentials: the foundation

Essentials are short sets of phrases grouped by the things people most often bring: Sleep & Rest, Emotional & Stress, Energy & Recovery, Drainage Pathways, the gut, the skin. Every phrase is plain and general on purpose — the whole-system words that suit almost anyone. A session built from Essentials alone is a good everyday session — explore Essentials and start with the group closest to today.

The Preset Library: the deep shelves

The Preset Library is where the range opens up: phrases about the biofield and the chakras, meridians and acupuncture points, sacred geometry, the limbic system, ancestral and emotional themes, terms from homeopathy. If you already practise something — energy work, a body tradition, a contemplative path — you will probably find its vocabulary here. Explore the Preset Library by category, or search it for a word you already use, and add what speaks to you.

The Generator: written for you

When the general words don't quite say it, the AI Phrase Generator starts from your own sentence and writes phrases for that, a layer more specific each time (Saying what you feel). It knows Essentials and the Preset Library, so what it writes sits alongside them rather than apart.

Putting them together

The parts are made to mix. A common pattern:

  1. a Rife preset you like, playing underneath
  2. an Essentials group as the base
  3. a few phrases from the Preset Library for your own practice
  4. the Generator's phrases for what is going on today

If the list grows long, the AI Prioritizer picks the few that fit today. Whatever you build is kept in Your Sessions, ready for next time.

Try itExplore Essentials and add a group, then explore the Preset Library for one word you already use in your own practice.

Notes describe how the site works and how to listen. They are not medical advice; a sound session is not a treatment.
