Your first session in the Player
Most people arrive with one thing on their mind — a long week, a restless evening, a body that feels a little out of tune. You don't need to know anything about frequencies or phrases to start. The Player is built so the first session takes a minute.
Start with Essentials
Essentials are the foundation: short sets of phrases grouped by what people most often come with — Sleep & Rest, Emotional & Stress, Energy & Recovery, the nervous system, the gut, the skin. Each phrase names one thing, plainly. Open Essentials, pick the group that sounds closest to where you are today, and add it.
You don't need the perfect choice. A first session is a way of paying attention, not a test.
Let it become a session
What you added lands in your playlist. The Player gives it a name, sets the waveforms for that list, and shows a short summary of what the session is about. Every letter of every phrase becomes a tone, so the words you chose are what you hear.
If you like, add a frequency preset underneath — the Rife presets are lists of well-known frequency numbers, from the Solfeggio tones to the Earth's own 7.83, played as plain sound (the note on the numbers says what they are and aren't).
Press Play, and turn it down
Start quiet. The Player opens with the volume turned down for a reason: a session is meant to sit in the background while you rest, read or simply sit. Notice what you notice. Some people like to write a line afterwards about how the time felt.
Where to go next
When a session feels right, it is kept in Your Sessions to play again. When you want words that fit you more closely — not the general Essentials, but the thing you would say to a friend — that is what the AI Phrase Generator is for (Saying what you feel).
And when the foundation feels familiar, explore the Preset Library: the full collection of phrases, from the biofield and the chakras to meridians and sacred geometry (how the parts fit together).
Notes describe how the site works and how to listen. They are not medical advice; a sound session is not a treatment.
