Cancelling

You can cancel a membership at any time from the link in your receipt email (Lemon Squeezy’s customer page). It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

Trials

A trial is free. [If a card is taken: cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.]

Refunds

• First payment: if the membership is not for you, write to us within [14] days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: renewals are not refunded part-way through a period; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal caught you by surprise, write within [7] days and we will [refund it / look at it case by case].
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, usually within [5–10] business days.
• A refund ends the membership, and its key stops working.

AI charges are Anthropic’s

AI use is billed to you by Anthropic on your own Anthropic account, not by us, so we cannot refund it. Questions about those charges go to Anthropic. A monthly spend limit in your Anthropic account keeps them in check.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live, such as a statutory right to cancel.

Use the link in your receipt email (Lemon Squeezy), or the contact form with the email address you bought with and your order number.
