The site lets you build and play sessions of short phrases and tones for personal exploration. Phrases are labels for what a session is about, not treatments.
The site is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on it is medical, psychological or professional advice. Never delay or replace care from a qualified professional because of a session. Stop a session if you feel unwell.
There are no accounts. Anyone can use the Visitor level for free. A trial or a paid membership is unlocked with a preview code, sent with your invitation or in your receipt email.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is made from Lemon Squeezy, and their buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add tax as the checkout shows.
The AI pages (the Generator, the Prioritizer, AI waveforms and phrase fixes) run through our relay on the site’s own account with Anthropic, the company that makes the AI model. Their cost is part of your membership, within a monthly allowance per preview code; at the ceiling the AI pauses until the next month while the Player and the Library keep working. We may change the allowance with notice.
Phrases, sessions, presets and snapshots you make are yours, and are kept in your own browser. If you create a share link, the shared session is stored by us so the link can open it, for the time shown when you create it. If you publish a set on the Community page, you confirm it is your own work, that it is for personal exploration and makes no medical claims, and you license us to show it to other members under your pen name and to let them play, keep and copy it. We review every set before it appears, may decline or remove one at our discretion, and you can ask for yours to be removed at any time through Contact.
Please do not: use the site for anything unlawful; try to get around the levels, preview codes or allowances; copy, scrape or resell the phrase library, the rules or the prompts; put heavy automated load on the site; or present the site or its sessions as medical treatment to anyone, including clients.
The site, its phrase library, its rules and prompts, its design and its code are ours or our licensors’. Your level lets you use them to build and play sessions for yourself — and, on a Practitioner membership, with your own clients. Nothing else is licensed to you.
The site is offered as it is, and may change, pause or stop. While it is in private site preview, features and levels can change without notice. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be emailed to paying members.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for charges from Anthropic or any other provider, or for decisions you make based on a session or on AI output. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the site at any time and cancel your membership as above. We may end or suspend a membership that breaks these terms. Sections 2, 5, 8 and 10 continue after that.
These terms are governed by the laws of [state / country], and disputes go to the courts of [place], unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
